Salam Waiss is the head of Registration Department in Kurdistan Medical Control Agency (KMCA) / MOH Kurdistan Regional government of Iraq. He has 23 years of experience in Analytical & Regulatory fields. His approach to commit to standards is reflected on his management style & standards he binds the industry to. He contributed to the development of QC laboratory & Regulatory affairs Departments in KMCA. Therefore, awarded many times by Health Ministers for his profession in management and contributions in legislatives development.

He is the head of MOH Technical Committee since 2016, head & member of Manufacturers Registration Committee since 2008, Member of MOH Higher Committee of Medicine, Member of MOH Scientific Committee & a lecturer in Pharmacy College / Hawler Medical University.

Salam Waiss Holds pharmacy bachelor & industrial pharmacy master degrees from Pharmacy College / Baghdad University. He is a certified GMP auditor & member of European Compliance Academy since 2018.
